How to Be Healthy

Being healthy is important for feeling good and having energy. Here are some tips to help you be a healthy person:

  3. Get enough sleep. Kids your age need 8-10 hours of sleep per night. Going to bed and waking up at the same time each day helps your body rest.
  4. Practice good hygiene. Take a shower, brush your teeth and wash your hands regularly to avoid getting sick.
  5. Make check-ups a habit. Visit the doctor and dentist for regular checkups to catch any health issues early.
  6. Have a positive attitude. Focus on the good things in life. Spend time with family and friends. Help others when you can.
  7. Manage stress. Make time to relax, listen to music or do hobbies you enjoy. Getting enough sleep and physical activity can also help reduce stress.
